Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within [e.g., 1–3] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during the holiday season), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or weather.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can also track your order directly through your account on our website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Pono Prints is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Issues
Please contact us before returning any items. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at TeamPonoPrints@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and include a photo of the damage in your email. We will work with you to send a replacement as quickly as possible without requiring a return of the damaged item in most cases.
6. Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:
