Refund Policy

Wait! Before you ship anything back...

If you have an issue with your order (damage, defect, or wrong item), please do not return the item immediately. Instead, please contact us at TeamPonoPrints@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief description (or photo) of the issue. Our goal is to get you the best high-quality product as fast as possible, and in many cases, we can ship a replacement to you immediately without requiring you to return the original item.

 

Returns:

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items:

No items on our site are exempt from returns, but please contact us first at TeamPonoPrints@gmail.com so we can resolve your issue in the best and fastest way possible.
